Pasha Construction is now completing works on a prestigious new shopping centre, Mall 28, which is perfectly located in central Baku at the junction of Behbudov and Fizuli, immediately adjacent to the Central Station and the May 28 metro interchange.
The Mall 28 project was initially conceived by a select team of specialist mall designers and the striking interior finishes have been conceived by the leading international architectural practice, Broadway Malyan. The external facades, meanwhile, are imbued with an assured classicism which is very much in harmony with the architecture of other prominent buildings in the immediate vicinity.
On completion Mall 28 will be the largest shopping centre in Baku offering over 23,000 m2 of leasable area. In addition to a host of leading international fashion retailers - many of which will be opening a first flagship store here - the centre will also accommodate a 1200 seat cinema complex and a childrens' entertainment area, along with an attractive Food Court and restaurants overlooking Jafar Jabbarly Square.The retail mix at Mall 28 will be clearly focused on affordable "high street" fashion.
