Senior HR Administrator

Key accountabilities:

 

  • Supervise staff and provide HR support to F&B operations
  • Responsible for employment process from hiring to redundancy
  • Work closely with HR Director on succession planning activities and budgets preparation
  • Recruit talent into the organization through a variety of means including universities, job fairs, external recruiters, and traditional print and internet postings
  • Coordinate advertising efforts; track employment applications, telephone screens and in-person interviews

 

Required skills/experience:

 

  • University Degree in Legal, Business Administration (BBA or MBA degree) or Social Sciences
  • Minimum 3 years practical experience in personnel administration and organizational development
  • Strong knowledge of people management, coaching and leadership skills
  • Good knowledge of labor code and employment related laws
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani, English and Russian
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work with all levels of management

Finishing Engineer

Key accountabilities:

• Supervising subcontractors to prepare sufficient detail drawing (shop drawing) if required
• Coordination technical issues between different subcontractors (this part might be the most important part) 
• Checking the subcontractors workmanship to reach a high standard finishing quality
• Meeting with customers to make any layout changes, discuss and agree about details
• Pass information to subcontractors, confirm budget and control fit out works
• To take over finished properties, preparing snag lists and finishing quality control
• Reporting to project manager
• Liaise with other disciplines, departments, project personnel, etc.


Required skills/experience:

• An experience in construction project work with demonstrated capabilities, having successfully undertaken work on construction projects 
• Must be Computer literate, and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel) and be conversant with AutoCAD 
• Hold relevant qualifications (diplomas, bachelors, masters etc.) 
• Advanced knowledge of English and Azeri languages (spoken and written) 
• Strong interpersonal & organizational skills

Sales Consultant – Concrete Factory

Key accountabilities:

 

  • Sell Concrete and Aggregates to the Market at pre-determined levels and prices.
  • Hold / attend regular meetings with General Manager and Factory Managers to discuss outputs / sales and prices.
  • Visit potential and existing customers and sell Pasha Concrete and Aggregates.
  • Analyze Market trends / patterns and report.
  • Submit a monthly sales list.
  • Submit a list of customers visited, discussions taken place and a proposed follow up action plan.
  • Submit a monthly forecast of upcoming next 3 months output in sales and production.
  • Follow credit procedures before supplying material.
  • Collect if required by Accounts outstanding balances when due from customers.
  • Work with Accounts to maintain credit limits.

 

Required skills/experience:

 

  • Have 3 to 5 years' experience in Concrete and Aggregates sales.
  • Speak good English and Azerbaijani.
  • Have knowledge of Mix designs.
  • Have a good understanding of testing procedures.
  • Be able to explain different types of products.
  • Have a working knowledge of the order process.
